Full disclosure, about ten years ago I taught at George Brown (well, 
this may actually be a sign of low standards. :P)

That said, I think they have a decent range of evening, non-accredited 
courses on a whole range of topics. I don't think they were unreasonable 
price, either. All my info is out of date now, but it might be worth 
looking into at least.
