Colocation available in Durham Region?

Not to be nosy, but I do wonder why...  In both personal and
professional colo involvements, I haven't ever really had a reason to
care if the location was even in the same timezone.  "Local continent"
tends to be nice, from a network latency perspective, but even my
connections to India tend not to be *too* awful.  (Not that I'd
commend colo-ing there!  It's a bit far, and quality of service is a
bit too hard to validate...)
