    While I would prefer not to see my book freely available on a web
    site, it wouldn't bother me a great deal.

    My book is available for purchase on-line in a password-protected
    pdf. I don't imagine it would be hard to remove the password
    protection.

    I would prefer it to be in a non-protected HTML format. I think it
    would increase sales considerably. If it did, I wouldn't care how
    many people got it for nothing.
