Here are the contents of that file:

[root at p733 chris]# cat /etc/yum.conf
[main]
cachedir=/var/cache/yum
keepcache=0
debuglevel=2
logfile=/var/log/yum.log
exactarch=1
obsoletes=1
gpgcheck=1
plugins=1
metadata_expire=1800

So, to that I would just add the line...

baseurl=whateverrepo

?

Now, what repository should I put in there?

I don't have that file. We are talking about a redhat-based distro,
right? I use fedora 7.
