I find the Sympatico ads annoying and misleading as well. I'm
surprised someone hasn't complained to the appropriate authorities
(Competition Bureau?) about their claims that Sympatico users don't
share their connection. I haven't seen any evidence whatsoever that
DSL is more consistent or faster, or vice versa. It really depends on
the neighbourhood and even the specific installation.
