Ubuntu question

I run an online Intro to Linux Programming course 
(http://www.icanprogram.com/43ux/main.html).    One of the lessons involves 
fiddling around with the RCS version control system.

I recently had a question from a student asking how to get RCS installed on 
his Ubuntu system.

I don't run Ubuntu here,  but it sounds like I need to add a section in my 
course lesson describing how to obtain and install RCS for Ubuntu systems.
