Microsoft for Linux people

One of the problems I have had in talking with
potential employers is my lack of Windows skills (in
particular lack of experience with Active directory)
in mixed Unix/Linux/Windows environments. So, how does
a Linux guy get enough Windows skills function
supporting a mixed environment? Community college
courses? Any on-line courses? Other?
