Heh. I just tell them I've got a Win box, 'yeah, okay, Start, Control Panel,
Networking, TCP/IP, yadda yadda. Nope, still not workin'. Only takes about five
minutes, and it's better than trying to convince them that the fact you're
running Linux is *not* the cause of the problem.

I've heard lately they've even been telling people with physical firewalls
(Linksys, etc.) to disconnect them, as they 'interfere' with the connection.
Great advice... :-\
