I had to call Symatico a few times, about a customer's connection. This
service is connected directly to some communications equipment, without
a computer within 100 feet. The "help" desk gets lost if the fix
doesn't begin with "Click on the Start button". When I tried to explain
that there was no computer, I was told they don't support that situation
and end of call. This is for a large corporation, paying for business
level service. Turns out it was a Symatico problem, but until I put a
Wikndows PC on the line, they didn't want to talk to me.
