I've become a big fan of Latex after learning it this past summer. I
produce documents at work faster than using Word or Writer and of better
quality. I was reviewing a printout of a rough draft I had written. I
began discussing it with a coworker. After a moment he realized that I
had written it. He said that the type setting was so good that he
assumed it was a white paper I had downloaded. I'll go back to Word or
Writer when you pry my copy of 'The Latex Companion' out of my cold dead
hands.
