The "new" news service at Sympatico

I was just wondering if anyone who is on Sympatico heard about them using a new 
news-hosting service. They have bandwidth caps apparently, at 1GB. Their new news 
host is at

http://bell.newshosting.com/bell/home.php

Has anyone tried this serivce? Does it suck as much as the original Sympatico 
service did?
