Oh, and I forgot about the undocumented packet it sends when it turns 
the led power low after a few moments of inactivity ... it causes a 
button 5 event in X11 which scrolls the page I am looking at by a 
little. And it is not deterministic ... that probably means they really 
did the firmware ;-(.
