I meant that the people are coming to my doors, trying to sell me a 5
year fixed price.  :-)  On surface, their price of about ~$9 is cheaper
than what will be ~$12 from Hydro Mississauga.  I would still get the
bills from Enbridge and Hydro Mississauga, but at a fixed price.

But, they represent another "middleman" in all this.  So, My question is, 
    - why would it be cheaper for me to have one more "middlemen"?
