We need VMware packages for Fedora and Debian (was: C header files location)

Opera makes their own packages, and run their own download site for the
Debian packages.  Works great for them.  It is rather easy to make
debian packages, with lots of good examples of how to make packages for
programs along with packages for kernel modules.
