Personally I use NO-IP.com for nameservers.even though my IP is static
now. 

Many hosting services/providers only allow you two or three and a
thorough investigation will get you slammed as ''leaking nameservers''
if they have more than you are allowed to use

NO-IP lists five which is in line with the RFC ''more than two and no
more than seven''
