connection attempts to port 6062

Hi,

Anybody notice recent connection attempts to port 6062 ?  This morning
Rogers was down, apparently in most of Toronto according to tech
support.  Then I noticed attempts every few seconds to port 6062 in my
firewall log for the last couple of days from different IPs.  Anyone
know what this is?
