I use the public unix shell service provided by silenceisdefeat.org
myself.  They ask for a $1 donation to get your address so if you hack
the server or otherwise make yourself obnoxious... well more so that
you just don't do that.

Mr. drpcdr.ca just hosts on there, he doesn't run it or something.

Hope that clears things up a little.
