PS3-XBOX 360 as Linux Graphics workstations

Will it support VGA output at 1600x1200?  DVI?  Or only HDTV component
and svideo and composit at NTSC?

And I can play games on my linux system while it does other work.
The PS3 would have to be rebooted to running only the game. :)
