I have seen migrations from UNIX to Windows and THAT was a painful blow to
the techies' ego, who thought they were going from real work to
drag-and-drop type of system management with no hope of learning anything
interesting.
Now, for someone to migrate the other way around one can always point out
all of the NEW stuff to learn and enjoy considering the origins of Linux
and the features that the Open Source offers to those who are in for a
challenge.
