Technical book store in GTA?

If a book is very popular in the States, I wonder why amazon wouldn't stock
it. I usually browse the book in chapters. If I like the book, I order it
online - more discount online.

I wonder if there's a good computer book store in
Toronto. 

I was looking today for a fairly popular book in the
US and Chapters or Amazon don't have it in stock, I
have to order it internationally and it takes several
weeks to be delivered.

The customary Google search didn't give me any meat.
