IIRC R.O.T computers (College & Spadina) sells single sided PC133 DIMMs 
for $59 or so.  I've purchased a few there and I'm sure that was the 
price.  Disclaimer: This is from memory, and was a little while back.

This was the cheapest price I found "doing the rounds" in Computer Row a 
couple of times and doesn't imvolve a cash back :)
