Did you update your username from xxx-Zd07PnzKK1IAvxtiuMwx3w at public.gmane.org to istop:xxx-gm89wTbbEYE at public.gmane.org?
That is what the istop.com status page currently says to do.
Your username basically changes to istop:username (yes istop: is part of
the login) at some other isp they work with to try and deal with the
mess.
Worked for my parents connection this morning.
IP and routing and all carries on as normal it seems.
