ISTOP help

Hi,

My home network still can not connect to istop. The following command is what I am using usually:

1.  ifconfig eth1 up

2.  pppd eth1

3. ping www.google.com

I got "network not reachable"

I called istop. it always busy

Can anybody give me a help to connect to the network
