Horde3 on Debian?

Check if the horde include actually got added to the apache config, and
that apache was restarted.

If you wrote the apache config manually or made many custom changes to
it, the horde postinst may simply have given up trying to understand it.

I haven't used horde since woody, so I don't know what the current state
of it is.  It certainly used to configure itself correctly most of the
time.
