Actually, the minute you talk about internal financial of a organization you are representing them. With or without their permission is a different story.

I believe you have our roles reversed. When we first started I was the single biggest voice gainst, and it was all my concerns that had to be addressed. Clive and George were one step from strangling me.

Actually the reason you stopped being invited is we stopped meeting. When the process was done and the paperwork was complete we sent everything off and waited for the government and the lawyers to do there stuff. We waited 18 months for that to complete.

No it isn't I have no problem doing it.

Also someone did volunteer to scan in and make a PDF of the charter. We are still waiting for that to be accomplished so it can be made available.
