While it may be an unsettled dispute, most of us here don't know the
details. Until we do, we can't fix the blame on either Bell or iSTOP.

iSTOP customers are not Bell customers. There is no contract between
them and Bell, for this service.

There are some indications there that iSTOP, or more specifically, Ralph
Doncaster is the cause of the problem.
