   He is learning that.  I don't think he minds hacking with stuff.  He won't be cleaning spyware and viruses off it anytime soon.  I am not familiar with DSL, but I am aware of how easy it is now, to set up a telephone modem.  I am guessing that the DSL setup is easy too.
