OT: PC repair tech in Ottawa

Hi all,

Just shipped an old pc of mine to a friend in Ottawa and along the way 
something got borked and now it won't post.  Anyone know of (or is a) pc 
tech that could look it over (probably a screw loose shorting board, 
etc) and hopefully fix it, somewhere in the downtownish nbhd of Ottawa?
