Linux backup software

What  linux backup software program can do (as many as possible)

backing up to
local and or remote drives, RSYNC servers, DLT or DAT or tapes, TARS, 
able to handle open Samba and some open unix sockets.

I would imagine I would have to use something like Arkeia
