It's a virus generator and propagation vector with limited e-mail
capabilities.

However, I know many "bozos" who do not use Outlook, but will post their
e-mail address
everywhere in their personal or business web pages, inviting the evil people
to reap their
addresses and use them to send spam, leading to even more virus
propagation...
