As would I, but it uses a different graphics interface. If you've got 
lots of EPS-based graphics, it can be a bit of work to do the conversion.

As does dvips+ghostscript, if you've got dvips set up correctly.

Again, so does dvips+ghostscript. It's all a matter of the right 
arguments to the hyperref package.
