For software distribution, maybe. For distributing live music 
recordings, however, BT is fantastic.

It's kind of taper lore that BT is at its best when a show is 
distributed from a domestic ADSL line. That way, it might take 10-12 
hours to complete the download, but at the end of that time, everyone 
has a complete copy. Fast servers mean that people hop on, leech, then 
disconnect.
