compilation trouble: ntp-4.2.0

Has anyone seen trouble while compiling this package ? It seems to
generate a lot of conflicts between include/ntp_rfc2553.h and
/usr/include/netdb.h although it configured cleanly. I know how to fix it
but this should not be necessary ?
