OTA hatred?

I've bought buttloads of hardware at Canada Computers over the years, as have many of my friends.  I can't recall a single problem that wasn't resolved to our satisfaction.  You certainly don't get the dept store type of service, they can be a little more abrupt, but they've always helped me.

OTA I've stayed away from, I've heard lots of stories about them before.  In fact, wasn't there an "I hate OTA" website which chronicled horrible OTA experiences floating around a few years back?
