Detecting USB 2.0 port(s) on ASUS P4B266 motherboard

I expect some (older) motherboards don't support USB2.0 at all. The ASUS
links provide "horse's-mouth" info about your motherboard like a PDF of the
owner's manual. Aside from being handy to have around, I expect the manual
will tell you if your motherboard hardware supports USB2. This is the
question I would answer before trying to get it working in Linux.
