I have been away for quite some time when I realize that istop.com offers a 
3MB connection for ~30$ !

Do you have any comments on this offer? Some of you have switched? And What 
about the modems they sell, are they decent?

I tried to locate some archive for tlug mail without success (no links on the 
website either).
