I've heard that they hire students as codemonkeys^Winterns at that
office cause Canada has better student subsidy programs.  However, I
don't actually know anybody at that office, so I couldn't tell you for
sure ;)

Other than that, it wouldn't surprise me if they actually did most of
their Canadian business from that location.
