Looking for IBM DB2 C API (headers, libraries, docs)

I'm looking for DB2 headers, libraries, and C API docs, so that I can
compile and link my client-side interface program.  But, all downloads
from IBM site is like 500MB.  Does anyone know which bundle I should
click?  
    - Personal Edition
    - Persanal Developer's Edition
    - Express Edition
    - Enterprise Server Edition
?

Background:
    I have patched Bash shell to include basic interface to GDBM,
    SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL:

    And, I want to include DB2, as well.
