Package name of c++ stl support on Debian ?

I would have grepped for STL.  It's always upper-cased [at least, in my

Sure:

    matt at price:~/.giFT/completed$ locate stl.h
    /usr/include/g++-3/stl.h
    matt at price:~/.giFT/completed$ dpkg -S /usr/include/g++-3/stl.h 
    libstdc++2.10-dev: /usr/include/g++-3/stl.h
