What does this tell you:

lennartsorensen at debdev1:~$ host -t any www.nouvelocity.com
Host www.nouvelocity.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

You have some DNS records that are either wrong, or haven't propegated
yet.

Then there is this:

lennartsorensen at debdev1:~$ host -t any nouvelocity.com NS1.MADISONAVE.CA
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

Perhaps you better have a look at your first DNS server.

lennartsorensen at debdev1:~$ host -t any nouvelocity.com NS2.MADISONAVE.CA
Using domain server:
Name: NS2.MADISONAVE.CA
Address: 209.167.86.38#53
Aliases:

nouvelocity.com SOA ns1.madisonave.ca. sysadmin.alteeve.com. 2004052701
10800 3600 86400 38400
nouvelocity.com name server ns2.madisonave.ca.
nouvelocity.com name server ns1.madisonave.ca.
nouvelocity.com has address 209.167.86.36
nouvelocity.com mail is handled by 10 mail.nouvelocity.com.
nouvelocity.com mail is handled by 20 mail.uunet.ca.
nouvelocity.com mail is handled by 30 mail.interbuild.net.

This one on the other hand responds fine.
