TV Tuner and application

Again, not running Redhat, but SuSE's Yast2 (setup gui) does have in the 
"Hardware" folder, "TV Card" settings besides the regular "Graphics card" 
settings.  I doubt Redhat wouldn't have a similar special area for fine 
tuning but would really like somebody running Redhat to verify that.
