Online loan system

Sounds like a good idea.

If you go ahead and decide to write it youself, I'm sure there's a few
people (myself included) that live and breath PHP/mySQL who could offer some
ideas. I can't think of a classified-ad-type system off the top of my head,
but maybe check www.zend.com to see if anyone has some sample code.
