Refering to the AEI website, they don't mention that they support Linux at 
all.  In these times, isn't that a gimme for ISP's, especially the smaller 
ones.

My ideal ISP will provide a local (unmetered) Debian mirror.  This is the best 
feature of Internode (www.internode.on.net)  They also have mirrored internet 
Radio, which is also cool :)
