Just to throw in a little of my own personal experience...
I am using a Samsung SyncMaster 191T here at work, and I really enjoy this
monitor. The colour clarity and sharpness of image is really quite
excellent.
* We've got a dozen of these things in our lab, and thus far (9 months
now) none of them have any dead pixels.
* We play games here in the office all the time, and I haven't been able
to notice any blurring, smearing, or slow refresh. In fact, games run
quite smoothly and crisply.
* We also recently had a mini-movie-night here, and again the movie output
had no visible artifacts as far as anyone could tell.
* It comes with both DVI and Analog inputs.
