Modifying key bindings in xfwm4

Thanks for the xmodmap suggestion JoeHill. I can get the desired
behavior by giving the following commands to xmodmap:

remove mod1 = Alt_L
remove mod4 = Super_L
add mod1 = Super_L
add mod4 = Menu

I have another question: How can I set xmodmap to read and execute my
.xmodmaprc file when I launch XFCE4 (or any other window manager)?
