Hi Mel,

To run realplayer from the command line, type "realplay". If you want to
check for the installed RPM, do:
# rpm -q realplay

you can try reinstalling the rpm by adding --force to the rpm command.
For example:
# rpm -Uhv --force realplayer-package.rpm
