Has anyooe tried copying launchers (GNOME icons that you create) to
other accounts? I'm finding it tedious recreating /sbin/ifup ppp0 and
other icons everytime I create an account.

Here is my /home/chris directory:

. .gconfd
netscapecontents.abw
.. glibc-2.3.2-98.i686.rpm nsmail
.AbiSuite .gnome portneedskills.wpd
.bash_history .gnome-desktop .qt
.bash_logout .gnome_private Readme
.bash_profile g_req00.bk .rhn-applet.conf
.bashrc g_req01.bk Runme
b_ins00.bk g_req02.bk .sawfish
b_ins01.bk g_req03.bk .Trash
b_req00.bk .gtkrc Untitled1.CRASHED
b_req01.bk g_us00.bk Untitled2.CRASHED
b_us00.bk g_us01.bk .viminfo
.cddbslave .ICEauthority .wpdata
.emacs .kde .wprc
.esd_auth ld.so-1.9.5-5.i386.rpm .Xauthority
.gaim libc-5.3.12-31.i386.rpm .xftcache
gaim-0.71-1mdk9.1.i586.rpm .licq .xsession-errors
.gaimrc .nautilus
.gconf .netscape

If I don't get any ideas from the list I'll probably just try doing a
cp /home/chris/.gnome-desktop /home/otheraccount
and see if that does it.

I didn't find anything on google of any use.

Chris
