A lot of stupid companies are setting themselves up to lose huge amounts
of money trying things like that.  2-3 years from now, there's going to be
a growth industry of salvaging companies that tried offshore development
and couldn't make it work properly and are on the verge of bankruptcy
because of it. 

It's the latest management fad; it does not signify a permanent change in
the industry.  The sky is not, repeat not, falling.
