While I see your point about overly-demanding graduates, pitting worker
against worker is a classic red-herring used by those with an overly
zealous profit-motive to drag down wages, not just in the IT industry.

Yet another example of why IT workers need to wake up and start
organizing, as all workers do, to demand a better living for all.
