Edit the first partition's /etc/passwd file to change the login shell from
/bin/bash to something that doesn't use the offending library (I like to
keep a statically linked copy of busybox around just for this sort of
thing).  You should then be able to log in.  Of course, if /bin/bash is
screwed, any scripts using /bin/bash will also be screwed.
